Day Program!!

I am a very private person,the doctor put the mental health team onto me,several times.I am not comfortable with the case study approach ,where last time I spilled my guts to one then she said "I will go and get my supervisor",I then had to explain myself again,plus I didn't feel the "trust"was there.You shouldn't be put in the position not explaining yourself twice or anywhere where you feel uncomfortable.Can understand,you want the trust to be there and the environment to build that trust.I have found getting "help",a very humiliating experience,like it is to walk into centrelink.All I can say is if you don't feel it's right for you,find somewhere else.

That doesnt seem right not to give you a choice or atleast inform you - especially when it comes to psychology.

I would have felt very uncomfortable too!
