Have you tried any GROW groups for mental health?

If you don't want it to be based around mental health, there are often community hubs within your council area that could suggest community run programs near you. For e.g. walking groups, gardening, art or music making.

Perhaps there may be some meet up groups on Facebook with suggestions?

Not sure if any of that is helpful, but thought I'd add my two cents. 😊

Hello @Andy_48 your local library might host a regular Chatty Cafe
