@Dk5 mental health is not something that's easy to recover from. It can take years and alot of work needing support from professionals, medication chages, therapy etc. It's something you have to constantly work on as there can be setbacks along the way especially if it's trauma related.
Keep at it and have patience(easier said than done i know). But you will get there 🙂

Hi @Dk5
I apologise as I don't know if this is really an answer but more I see you and you are not alone note. I ask regularly when does that better come that everyone has been saying for years. I even recently wrote everything I've tried and it was overwhelming but also reminded me that I have always fought even with ebb and flow, and fight looks different on different days. Somedays it's a day where I sit in bed and rest and read a book and some days I complete my To do list, either way I am still here.
i was perplexed about hope or more frustrated but I realise everyday I choose to
be here and that is my hope, my inner drive to fight so I don't know if that helps but maybe writing things down or reflecting to see what has been achieved may help.

I hope you can find space for self

Hey @Former-Member , Sorry to hear you are tired and not feeling yourself. I'm a little under the weather too.. I woke up feeling quite overwhelmed with things I had to do. At least now my to-do list is shorter. Good to see you. I'm guessing you've been doing more colouring in?
@Cryonal27 Wow! Sounds full on! I'm imagining the food and music - wow! Hope you had a pleasant time at the wedding.

@tyme sorry to hear, hopefully tomorrow is a better day for you. I'm glad your to-do list is shorter, it's always nice when there's not so much to do.
I've been doing my painting and I'm almost finished.
