I have been invited to start an alphabetical "Gratitude List" as one way to look after ourselves - ok - here goes:
A: Al-Anon Family Groups (my wonderful support group), almonds,apples and avocados, (clean) air, (more positive) attitude, (life-giving) acquaintances, (gradually unfolding and recognising) abilities.
I'm sure there are many more! Who would like to take the letter "B"?

R is for Rest.

T is for Time. I am much more aware of how I use it and am grateful to have time to spend with the people I love (ie. Grandchildren!). I was aware of how precious Time was when my mother was dying - we only have today! My Al-Anon program teaches me that! Yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery!
