Well done on your fantastic diamond art picture @MissGremlin! I’m yet to do anymore diamond painting- haven’t done any since starting uni in February- but am determined to get back into it now I’m finally on uni holidays for a month until mid July. I’ve got several kits from Kmart such as bookmarks and small coaster kits in my supplies to complete so it’s going to be a matter of selecting one and getting started again.
Over the last month, I’ve been doing some knitting in between completing uni assignments with baby beanies being a popular thing for me to knit as they are easy and quick to knit and complete- several hours at the most. I’ve also completed 2 kids jumpers as well to help me deal with uni and housing stress and my poor mental health that has occurred because of all of the stress. I’ve now found a house 2 weeks ago and am moving out of student accommodation on Monday - the cause of my stress and poor mental health - so I’m looking forward to finally having my own space again and relaxing in a stress free environment. I’m in the process of purchasing a new armchair on sale and have just purchased some wool from Spotlight today in sale to crochet a new blanket for my chair in pink, white and grey to match my grey armchair. Knitting has been keeping me sane and helping me with my psychosis episodes which is a positive thing for me to do as well as being able to knit things for charity such as beanies and kids jumpers. I’d also like to get back into working on my cat cross stitch design as well when I move into my new house as I’m missing not working on it. I have been journaling each day as well and I’m finding it very helpful to write things down.
