@The-red-centaur thankyou. It's far from perfect as it's very hard to colour when you are shaking so much. But for me colouring is keeping my hands busy so that I'm not hurting myself for at least a while.

@Former-Member art is never perfect. That's the beauty of it.

I'm glad you are finding something, temporarily at least, that helps a little.

My colouring piece I'm doing at the moment is taking ages. I've been fining it hard to focus. I do little bits at a time. But I like it so I keep coming back to it. I'm not that happy with some of my colours but I'm sure it will come together in the end 🙂

It takes me a while to finish pictures cos I also struggle to focus. It can take me days, weeks or even months sometimes but I get there eventually. This is another

couple I did recently but I've had to take a break from pencils due to being triggered.

I use gel pens when I colour. No sharpening required. Lol. And I like them coz they are bright, colour evenly and easy to use.

I did my random burst of energy and got my room and my bathroom cleaned with the help of my support worker. Washing is in the machine.

Relax time. Yayayay.

Gel pens are amazing to use and i love the bright colours and sparkly ones you can get. I've been using gel pens and fine liners at the moment but I do love pencils aswell so I'm hoping i can use them again soon somehow.
