I'm sorry you miss your mum. It is very hard normally, but when there are special events that they are not here for, it makes it even harder.
I know that for me having my Dad not here is very hard. Please know you are not alone.

It’s a break for them but not a break for me so how does that work when it’s not a break for me I still have to live with my brain every dam dayi don’t get a break

Hi, Christmas is such a lonely time when your loved one has passed. I miss my son. I even don't like being around family at that time. I understand the grief that comes up. Take care
