Hi. I'm new here and I've spent my entire life being verbally and emotionally abused. I'm in the process of healing and I've had to cut people from my life in order to do so. I've been taking care of myself and my own sanity for my whole life. It's been a rough road but, I've managed to cope. Looking forward to my time on this site.

I can relate to cutting people out of your life. I've had to do the same thing with some family members. I know it was the right thing to do, but it doesn't make it any easier.
