So sorry the system is letting you down again. Hopefully you can find some support in the community. I would be ringing the local community clinic myself tomorrow and letting them know that you need support asap

@Former-Member Give this place they referred you to a call in a couple of days to see if they have your referral and get an appointment as soon as you can. If they dont have it, give the hospital a ring and (politely, but firmly) ask what is going on!
I get that you have other fights to worry about at the moment, but this seems to important to not follow up on. Hopefully they've done what they said they would do. If they don't, id seriously think about lodging a complaint. But lets not get ahead of things just yet.
