@Former-Member my sister used to love making things with loom bands too - seeing your colourful lizard just brought back a memory how she made me a green lizard once.

Re: Life and trauma
@rav3n i wish I could send everyone one that's helped me here.
Loom bands are so much fun. I love seeing what I can make and challenging myself.
She was a beautiful girl and I miss her more than words could ever say.

Such a beautiful dog! Its so sad to lose her so young. I've lost plenty of pets, but i only remember losing one so young. It was a young cat I had when I was a little kid. It was devastating. They all are of course, but that one was such a shock and my parents just said "we can get you another one". That made it so much worse and it was one of the many things i never forgave them for.

@MJG017 yes losing them young is the worst. I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. A pet is not something that you can just replace.

You're so right. When I was a kid, my pets were more like family to me than my actual family... but that's another story.

@MJG017 that's really sad to hear but I'm so glad you had pets growing up and had that connection.

@Former-Member Yes, I'm still awake. What sort of distraction did you want to chat about?

Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member I'm sorry. It must be so incredibly frustrating that they keep happening. I wish I had some advice on how to make them stop. I really hope the worst is behind you now and as you start to feel that is the case, these attacks start to happen less and less. So just keep trying to remind yourself that youve already fought thr worst and survived so you know you can handle ehatever happens from here. Just try to find any little positive thoughts to hang on to. Mentally give yourself one of your little turtles.
