@Former-Memberwhen you're using the hose on a hot day, you need to shoot it in the air at least once! Its the rules!!

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 i think I'm in trouble again. My chest feels so tight like someone is squeezing me and crushing me and I'm struggling to breathe. I'm trying to relax and keep my mind occupied and not freak out.

Re: Life and trauma

@Former-Member Thats concerning. Anything to do with the chest like that. Do you have any other things... nausea, sweating, dizzyness etc? I know you'd rather not call an ambulance but you could try HeathDirect on 1800 022 222 to speak to a nurse and get advice. They are 24/7. Their website has a symtom checker... healthdirect.gov.au

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 dizziness and nausea yes and pain and weakness down my left arm and in my jaw. The health direct symptom checker just says to call 000 which I'm obviously really trying to avoid.

Re: Life and trauma

@Former-Member I know you dont want to and i understand why, but I think you need to call them, if only just for them to check if its anything serious. You can then decide what to do when they've checked you. But that is some very red flag symtoms!

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 i know and i will ring if it doesn't settle soon. I'm just trying to rest for a while and see how it goes. I'm laying down at the moment so I'm hoping it settles.

Re: Life and trauma

@Former-MemberIt wouldnt surprise me if its all the stress, but stress can cause serious issues as well. But if it lasts longer than 15 minutes, I'd call them. Otherwise you'll stress yourself worrying about if its serious or not.

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 it's past 15 minutes already but it doesn't seem to be getting any worse at least. Think I might have just overdone things today maybe.

Re: Life and trauma

@Former-Member Its very possible and i hope it improves very soon but it needs to be checked if it continues too much longer. Just at least keep the phone very close to you with 000 ready to dial... just in case.
