Well let's hope there's some compassion with the owner. You never know. Hopefully you s least get a quick reply, so you have as much time as possible to work out what is next... if you end up needing to. At least if you do have to leave you can take some solace in you've made the owner feel like and a%$! Well they should anyway.

Thanks, my friend is okay for now. He was taken to hospital, not much they can do, he was home this morning. So we'll see what happens now. I gave him some other services i thought of, so he has pretty much every thing i know about, so fingers crossed he stays okay.

@MJG017 thats all I can hope is that this letter pulls at the heart strings. So much is at stake and that's all in that letter. I just want a reply so I know either way and can be prepared.

I'm glad he is ok for now, another case of the hospital system letting someone down by the sounds of it. Hopefully he can get some help from the other services you have told him about.

Fingers crossed the owner comes to the party. If not, we'll go to plan... whatever we're up to... but we'll find one.

Yeah, the more i hear of these sorts of incidents with people being taken in distress to hospitals, the more I just know that something needs to change very soon. I'll continue to help however i can, but there's not much else you can do when they call 000 only to be told it will be a few hours! Just keep talking to them and hope.

@MJG017 just hold that hope for me cos I can't. I can't handle being hurt again. I wanted a response today being that we are heading into a long weekend and Tuesday is cutting it very close 😞.

It's horrible how the system keeps letting people down. A few hours wait, that's ridiculous. You're a good friend for talking to them ♥️. I know when I had that ambulance called by MHT and they never even showed.

Yes yes @MJG017 . I do know about the hand model of the brain. I did a lot of that learning with my psychologist.

I can’t complain about the weather it will rain and be a bit windy but nothing like further north of me.

@Till23 still the same situation on the housing front. It's now 7 days until I'm going to be homeless and I don't know what I'm going to do.

I just made dinner, chicken, bacon, mushroom and spinach cabonara.

It's been warm weather here today but I've been sitting under my aircon most of it other than a very short shopping trip.

I hope you find out ASAP @Former-Member and I hope the news is good, or at least a reprieve to give you some time to look around. You are handling it very well. I would be very stressed. I’m not saying you’re not - but you are getting on with things.

@Till23 i just need to know an answer either way. I can't even look for another place cos everything is way over what I can afford.

Believe me I'm stressed, what you are seeing here is the brave face I'm putting on when in reality I'm completely falling apart.

I just had to look it up after you mentioned it. It is another long weekend! So annoying!! But yes, it would be especially more frustrating for you with so much hanging on the result. The long weekend could have been used far more productively if the news is bad. Three days is a lot of planning time, particularly when compare to the mount of time left. I know you really dont want to think about it at all, but maybe you just need to hope for the best but plan for the worst.

Apparently the said they were quite bust so the ambulance would take a while. Do we just have one ambulance in Adelaide or something?! How busy is it at 3am?!
