Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 yeah I'm the same with getting light headed and nauseous, that's the only reason I usually know that i need to eat. I used to only eat one meal a day but now that doesn't even happen, now it's a couple of nibbles and that's all I can manage. The kids menu needs to be an option for you 😂. I can't do leftovers, reheated foods are a no go for me.

Exactly. I keep saying i need to be able to choose from the kids menu (chicken nuggets and chips) or the seniors menu (1 piece of fish and chips), but they wont let me! I dont feel so bad leaving chips as they're always just frozen anyway. You pay $30 for a meal with chips and they can't even make you some proper chips!!!

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 the frozen chips are horrible, it's really not that hard to make proper chips especially for the price they ask. There's no way I could even attempt to eat a meal out but then that's cos of my anxiety over eating food that I haven't prepared and cooked myself.

For me eating out is more a case of my laziness winning out more often than not.

@MJG017 sometimes cooking is way too much effort but if i feel that way I just don't eat 😂.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 guess it has it's bonuses especially with the ridiculous prices of food these days.

Re: Life and trauma
Seriously @MJG017 there is a seniors menu? I need to get out more😆
What counts as a senior?
Is it anything with a 6 in front?

Oh, that sounds ominous. How are you doing now?
@Till23
Not sure if it's just an Adelaide thing, but yes, a lot of places here have a seniors menu... usually a handful of cheaper meals. I think you need an aged pension card to get one, so somewhere around 65 i'm guessing.
