I know that I could just rock up on Monday and my doctor would still see me regardless of f if I haven't rang up to change to appointment from phone to in person. But I am hoping to ring up tomorrow also need to make another phone call but that ones a bit harder.

@MJG017 i dropped watermelon on the floor and started crying cos my dog would normally swoop in to eat it. It was her favourite food ❤️.

We were lazy and got pizza delivered. It wasn't too bad. It was from a place we haven't used before. What did you have?

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 oh nice. I didn't have anything. I can only manage a couple of bites of anything and it's been that way for a while now. I had a few bites of a piece of fish for lunch and 3 chips.

I can't eat very much these days either. I assume after a while of not eating much the stomach just gets used to it and it becomes the new normal.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 yeah the stomach starts to shrink and you are full after only eating a small amount. I try to nibble on things every now and then but I don't actually get hungry so I only eat cos I know i need to at least have something in my system.

I tend to get a bit nauseous and very light headed if I haven't eaten in a while. But i tend to have lots of small things to eat during the day rather than 2 or 3 larger meals. It's so annoying when I go out somewhere for dinner, because most items on the menus will be a lot more than i can eat! And yes, I know I can take extras home, but I hate doing that. And also yes, my partner says i'm too fussy not eating leftovers as well. 😁
