We're here with you so you know you can lean on us if you need it. Obviously with the rent situation, it's a lot of extra stress on you right now which you could really do without. I know you said Rent Right weren't able to offer any advice, but did you try the other places suggested? Someone must be able to offer you some helpful advice, surely!

I've tried and I'm still waiting to hear from the others i rang today. Rent right was the only one that rang me back.

@Jynx nope unfortunately. I've just done my chores, did the dishes, it's bin night so i had to take out the rubbish, clean birdies cage out, take out the recycling. I have washing to do but I don't know if I have it in me to do it.

@Jynx i need a reminder to just breath and let things go, to just sit with how I'm feeling and accept that right now i can't change it.

Aye, can be a challenge to practice radical acceptance at times hey. IDK if you'd find this helpful but if you google like 'breathing gif' there's lil looped videos that help me to ensure I'm breathing at a steady pace, esp when my brain is on fire and time has gone funky.
