Is it getting better or worse? If you're struggling to breathe then you should make the call now. You're probably going to need to ring someone anyway to ask about this reaction. I'd be really hesitant to take it again until you speak to someone.

Splash some cold water on your face. That may help you stay awake. Hopefully they're not long.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 i tried that already but it's not really helped. Why can't I just catch a break? Like today was going ok with my positive and now this.

Yeah, today seemed to be a better day for you. Is the nights that seem to be harder for you. It just seems like that from the little I know.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 maybe so. Last night I crashed it and actually got 7 hours sleep although it was still very disturbed. I seem to have one good night maybe once a week and i think that's only cos of being completely exhausted.
I'm getting chest pains now, but at least my heart rate isn't high. It's actually the opposite and sitting low at 52bpm which feels odd, but it's like i can feel every beat, like it's really intense.

Hopefully they get there soon and can check you out. The chest pains are definitely always going to be a concern. Hang in there. I assume they cant be too far away by now.

Re: Life and trauma
Hello @MJG017 . They came and checked me out, my oxygen levels, blood pressure and heart rate were ok so they were happy for me to stay home and just keep an eye on things. They think it may have been a reaction to the tablets but can't be sure, so the test will be tonight when I take it again.
Thankyou for checking in 😊.
How are you going today?

Well it's good news that it wasn't anything serious, but not great if this reaction does keep happening. As someone who's been on a lot of different things the past couple of year, a lot of times these reaction are worse at the start and tend to fade over time. Maybe last night was a one off... see how you go tonight. Another 7 or 8 hours sleep would be a good result. 💤 Hopefully you've kept yourself busy today and it's been a decent day after last night.
I'm doing okay. I spent some time today finishing my "kinda-Lego" car. I'll post an image below. On sorting out the details for the next meeting of my support group. We've arranged for a guest speaker. So i've been updating all the details and letting the guys know. Now a small discussion has started on whether partners should come along. The guest speaker is a prostate nurse and her talk is on sexual health with prostate cancer. So it's a sensitive topic. I've suggested a few things to consider and
we'll see what happens. Knowing us, a lot of giggling! 🤣 Still it's all kept me distracted for most of the day which is always a big win for me.
