I can't say anything because I don't know the full context as to what has happened, but I'm guessing you have told the police what they needed to know, and they have followed up their way @Former-Member .
If you continue to be concerned, can you phone them again and speak to the senior constable on duty?
From what I know, they take abuse very seriously.
If you feel unsafe, please contact 000 or go to emergency.

Not too bad. I've just been downloading some stuff and had some network issues. So i finally seem to have that sorted. One of my switched seems to be on the fritz so replaced it with another and all back up to full speed now.
I meant to ask earlier... how did your appointment with your GP go today?

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 glad you sorted out the network issues, that can be so frustrating.
Appointment was not very helpful. He just said to up the medication so I can take up to 4 tablets to try to help and if that doesn't work then we will have to try something else (as if taking just one tablet wasn't hard enough given my history). The appointment was mainly focussed on my heart being that it's playing up again, he wanted to call an ambulance but I said no cos i don't want to miss tomorrow's appointment to try to get this ndis ball rolling.

As a GP, i guess he will prioritize your heart. Hopefully you appointment tomorrow goes well and it will allow yiu to start the ball rolling to find some help with everything else. Im sure the GP will help with that as well, but theres so little time with GP appointments these days, they will focus on what the see as the main thing.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 yeah that's how it went. But my next appointment isn't until the 3rd of February now cos he is going to be awake for a week. That time in between appointments scares me so much cos it's getting harder and harder.
I've only got 1 lot of paperwork to take in tomorrow to this appointment so I'm not sure how it's going to go cos I know they are going to want more and my doctor was struggling to find more.
I just want things to settle down and go ok for a bit so i can catch my breath before it's too late.

I totally understand just wanting to catch your breath for a bit. It helps so much just to even get a short break from some of the worst stuff. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you for a good outcome tomorrow. Whatever happens, we'll all be here for you so continue to reach out when you need it.
