@MJG017 @tyme i just wish I could switch my brain off for a while. I get that it's normal to ask those questions especially when in situations like this.

I just need to keep my mind busy right now to avoid the negative thoughts taking over.

@Former-Member Well that seem like it could be helpful. With it happening on multiple occasions, and at the hospital, surely it breaks so many laws by now!

@MJG017 there is never a dull moment in my life. It's just one thing after another. But this i can't even share on here which is even worse cos i have to sit with it myself.

@Former-Member Are you okay? If you feel its not something you can share here, is it something you could talk about on one of those crisis text chat services?

Ive never found this helpful personally but plenty of people seem to... maybe writing it down would help if you can't share it with anyone.

@MJG017 I'm ok but not ok at the same time. It's not even something i could talk to them about either. And writing it down isn't going to help anything. I hate not being able to help. Someone hit the pause button for a while please.

@Former-Member I wish I could help, but I can only guess as to what may have happened. Are you safe where you are? I mainly mean safe from other people there. Is there anything you need right now?
