I’m crocheting some headbands to take to the cafe where I have my stock to sell. I have blankets bags soap pouches and baskets

next job is to crochet some little baskets for Easter to sell.

trouble is sometimes I have zero motivation like this afternoon.

Ohhhh so many creative endeavours @BlueBay!! But yeah it really sucks when the motivation just isn't there. Maybe try a different activity for a bit?

im Struggling

hubby had a friend call him before inviting him to a car show - all day 6am - 6pm.

So yet again I’ll be home alone. As if its not hard enough during the week but even the weekend.
im not worthy of anything anymore

i had just finished telling hubby about my psych session and how my psychiatrist is worried as I’m home alone during the week with my negative intrusive thoughts. And then I hear him say to his mate yeah no worries I’ll come.

he works which I’m thankful as money is coming in but he has a social life st work. He sees and talks to people.
oh I’m sorry for ranting. You don’t really want to listen to me.

Whilst hubby is away, can you see little A or someone else instead?

Or, can hubby go for a shorter time so you get to spend some time with him?

I don’t want to intrude on my daughter and next week they’ll have my son in laws girls there so little A will want to play with girls. No hubby can’t go for shorter time as they drive for over 2 hours to get to this stupid car show!!!
I kniw it’s good for him to go - but I get really annoyed jealous and then resentful

hey @BlueBay i get how upsetting it must be to have your hubby spend all day with his mate while leaving you alone, i'm sorry to hear how hard its been.

do you reckon planning a full day of activities can help distract you? like taking yourself out on a date, maybe schedule in some things like going for a walk, watching a movie, making your fav food, watching the sunset at the beach, etc? i know it isn't the same as having hubby around, but hopefully it can help take your find off it for a bit? and you've also got the forums to keep you company throughout the day 💙
