last night was ok. We had dinner, played a few games then drive to main spot for fireworks.
our daughter stayed the night. Lucky we have two spare rooms. this morning we had bbq bacon and eggs.
tomorrow is my daughters birthday (33) will have a cake and dinner together. Th Eden little A will stay the night and Friday I’ll take her to beach. Before she heads down to her dads for the night.

i am seeing my reg GP tomo morning and feeling very anxious about telling him about my feelings and mood s and SI.

last night as we counted down I was feeling really strange. Sad, angry, lost, abandoned. A whole lot of different emotions. All I wanted to do was cry but I had to put on a brave face.

I'm glad you were able to see in the new year with your family hon, even with all the feelings you were having. It's so hard at times to hold it all in and put that smile on your face.

I hope you have a nice dinner tomorrow night with your daughter.

No doubt you are feeling anxious about seeing your gp. I hope you are able to tell him all that you want to and that he can help you. Do something more than just give you a triage number.

We went to a neighbours house for tea and then I came home alone (h stayed there) @BlueBay

Sat with the dog at midnight, trying to keep her calm from the illegal fireworks near our house. Poor thing was shaking. It would have been nice to be with hubby but at least I didn't have to pretend.

Not a lot on today. Both kids at work tonight.

I’m at my drs now waiting to see him.

told him about my thoughts and how I’m feeling

he told me to just think of ibe thing at a time

how dumb is that

how do I do that without thinking about everything else

he says “I think you’ll have a fantastic year”

my BP is very high still but he says oh that’s not your true pressure. It would be lower than that

my stomach hurts
