Hi @Quuen258. Welcome to the group. I'm happy to give it a try with some advice. What's the issue?

I am just trying to tell the person that I still have feelings for that I don’t have a boyfriend and I only want to be with him and no one else but I am just trying to work out how to proof it to him

Hi @Quuen258 and welcome to the forums

It sounds like a pretty vulnerable conversation to have, which can be pretty nerve-wracking.

Do you feel like your words aren't enough? I'm interested in why you're feeling like you need to do more to prove this to him?

Is there some trust here that you need to rebuild with him?

Or you are just looking for advice on how to tell him how you feel? It feels like two different answers depending on the situation.

I basically what to tell him how I feel about him but he also saying that I have a new boyfriend but which I don’t have one because my love and feelings for him is strong for him I don’t want to be with anyone else besides him

Because I want to show him that I still want to be with him and no one else and I feel like that he doesn’t believe me and I just want to show him that I still love him

I don't think there is anything to prove here. I think the best way would be to show him your care for him and respect him enough to be completely honest with him about how you feel. To just say to him that you don't have a boyfriend and that you care about him and want to be with him and that you just wanted him to know how real these feelings are and that you hoped you could both try build something special with each other if he feels the same.

Ultimately though, you have no control over how he will respond, but being honest with him is your best chance I think. If he still won't believe you about not having a boyfriend or just doesn't feel the same, then sadly it may be that this feeling just isn't mutual... or he's just not ready yet. In that case at least he will know how you feel about him.

But I want to proof to him that I don’t have a boyfriend and I want to be with him and no one else but I have been telling him the truth about everything and I am not lying to him anymore

@Quuen258

So did you lie about having a boyfriend before to him?

Was there a time when you weren't honest with him in the past @Quuen258?

Trust can take time to rebuild, but being honest as you said you have been, is a good start
