I drink coffee everyday to help with my unmedicated ADHD and tea for nourishing my brain and body. What’s your preference?
@Spungold , My H has ADHD and ASD and my 4 stepchildren have ADHD /asd too
my S3 has 2 heaped teaspoon of coffee in his cup
I love the coffee sachets, Latte / Mocha

We are back from Mudgee. My husband is making dinner for my mum for her birthday and I am watching Grand Designs!
Tomorrow I will unpack and do the washing.
I miss the countryside already.

Yes I do have coffee at night. It doesn't keep me awake. I can have one and then go to bed.
I have lately been trying to cut back and normally have a cup of tea at night instead.
