@tyme yep, it's my first child. I think we're about as physically prepared as we can be, mentally I'd love to feel more ready but I don't anyone ever really can be. How did the parents in this chat cope with the sleep deprivation?

Both Mrs AD and our middle one are the type of people to offer really funny one liners in a conversation but would otherwise be happy listening and just enjoying company very good listeners

@Oaktree ! That sounds great! Was it a card game or something 🙂 Congrats for winning! Sounds like a lot of fun.
We tried to do family game night on Fridays, but it didn't work. The little one is so young and has the concentration of a fly.

lol @tymemy brain is fried now, I can’t even spell anymore. No oral assessment is about ten minutes and they ask you some questions. It isn’t very tough but you have to dress nicely. Then go into the city, it is a bit annoying.

@reasonisfamily , I think when you can team tag, it makes a huge difference. Then again, it depends on the temperament of your child. A coeliky baby is HARD work... or you can have a textbook baby who does everything according to the books.
Then again, as I was talking to @ArraDreaming , kids come from the same parents but can be TOTALLY different.
