@Shaz51sometim I get a little paranoid to say things or write things that other people around me could read and identify me which I know is kind of silly and unlikely but life really took a turn in the last couple of weeks. It’s been building for 2 years or more and it unexpectedly really hit the fan in terms of the affect on my health
