I'm so glad you pushed through to go to work. I hear how hard it can be, but I also recognise that it can bring back some balance and routine.

In a way, I feel that if we ever 'wait' until we are well enough to go to work, then we may never make it?

I wasn't feeling so flash myself today. I ended up having a COVID and Influenza test and it was clear, so I pushed through. I actually feel better now.

Yeah, I personally am never one to skip work because I'm feeling a bit low, only when I genuinely don't have it in me to function normally. It's pretty rare for me but I empathise for those who aren't so much waiting until they're feeling better to go to work as they are just truly unable to.

Glad you aren't sick with COVID or the flu, it's so awful feeling under the weather! I wonder if it could be hayfever? I've been seeing so many people experiencing it this year who never had before, and it can manifest surprisingly similarly to colds and the flu. Weather has been nuts lately which surely can't be helping.

I take antihistamines for hayfever, so that's all under control @89632523

This feeling was more nausea, achy head/body etc.

Anyway, who knows? It's the evening and I've perked up lol

He sounds like a very compassionate and supportive person to bring such light into your life. I’m sure you have that effect on him too. I found that was the hardest thing for me. Believing and accepting another person could feel that way about me.
