One Day at a time here

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

I am not sure of your relationship history -- ? can you explain a bit more

Re: One Day at a time here

Getting to know her usual routine in terms of frequency and patterns (e.g. which days are the busy ones that usually doesn't have time to reply) is a very reasonable idea. 😊 I know myself I can have a regular routine of when I had work & appointments or regular social things, verses the days when I have "unscheduled time" for being able to do things like the forum or check-in messages with friends, etc etc. 😊. And then the random days too where all the plans go out the window lol!

I really hope you click with her well. I think you are such a lovely person, so I can't imagine someone disliking you for your nature or personality 😍, not from what I have seen here.

Hello @AlwaysMyself , @AuntGlow , @tyme , @Till23 , @Dimity , @Appleblossom , @Chasingsunsets @Rosepetal96 , @Healandlove

I have found out why I have a lot of pain in the early mornings

I did not know if it was the osteoporosis or kidney disease or both

well it is because of toxins that the kidney can not get rid of so it sits in the body causing pain so I will be bringing this up with my doctor and my kidney specialist

Re: One Day at a time here

Oh no @Shaz51 . That's no good. Do you have to see the doctor about it?

Re: One Day at a time here

@Shaz51 so glad you know, knowledge is power and now you might be able to do something about it. I wonder if it might bring dialysis forward. As a bipolar person I wonder if a a mood/activity tracker app might be helpful to you to track pain rather than low mood, while you're in this phase of waiting and planning. Just a thought. I use the free version of Daylio - might be called Daylio Journal now.

Re: One Day at a time here

Might need something to help with the pain @tyme , can't take too much pain relief so trying to stay hydrated and rested

Had blood tests done on Thursday

See the doctor next week

And the specialist in 2 weeks

Thank you @Dimity , I think that will be a good idea about the app

Yes thinking that it might bring the dialysis forward @tyme @Dimity

Erghhh...

And you always have such a positive outlook.

Thank you @Shaz51 for being you.

Re: One Day at a time here

Might be something to discuss @Shaz51 - I think you said the fistulas? have to be done in plenty of time before the dialysis. I guess the blood results will be important too. It's so hard if being stable means living with the pain like you have been.

My BIL has arthritis and says it's been worst first thing in the morning, but his new meds are helping. But you have so much else going on.
