Very sore and aching, hoping the kidney is not getting worse , have blood tests done at the end of the month

💙 sorry you're blue @Shaz51 and waiting again. The pain could be your osteo problems but I'd hoped sleeping better might help a bit. Does moving or not moving make any difference? Hugs 🫂. I know I should keep moving and comply with my exercises better, but I still try to walk. Sometimes it's more like tottering.

The pain could be your osteo problems --- I thought that too @Dimity as I did an hour weeding yesterday when hubby mowed the lawn, that is what happened

I guess the rain will just make the weeds and grass grow again @Shaz51 . I haven't been keeping up. I meant to get into the garden today but am a bit sleepy after a bad night.

Good the cpap app keeps track. I haven't got an apple watch or fitbit or anything like that.

Are you waiting on genetic test results @Shaz51 ? I remember you raising it a while back. Looking for Turner syndrome or something.

My nephew was telling me today they can check genetic markers of coeliac disease (seeing if he needed to go gluten free).

So many things they can test for now.

Reading up on Turners syndrome I have a lot of markers for it

It will be interesting but after 61 years of life , the diagnosis not really matter now

My mum said that all my problems since born was caused by she got German measel when she was pregnant with me

You're so very vulnerable at that stage of life. I knew a girl very handicapped... her mum said she hadn't taken thalidomide though.. The girl lived bravely and well and achieved heaps.

Glad there are vaccines for most things now.
