How’s your day going?

Medication and finding right doses and balance of side effects and their effectiveness is tough isn’t it 😌. Is it MH meds you are talking about with your husband or different ones?
Thinking of you, definitely challenging watching the people you care about struggle and it can wear you down as-well hey.

Is it MH meds you are talking about with your husband -- Yes @Chasingsunsets , when he was very low over Christmas, he threw his MI meds away

but now we have seen a doctor, and she is trialing some new meds, so fingers crossed

Fingers crossed he continues to get more sleep, and that you then also do too @Shaz51 .

Glad he can take them "at his pace" and slowly increase them as he feels comfortable to -- hoping that allowance will help him not just throw it all in the bin from feeling its too much.

hubby did have a couple of night`s ok but last night he did not sleep well

for me, toilet 3 times , restless legs and pains in my right side kept waking me up

so quiet day here waiting ti see if we have a cyclone or not on the weekend
