hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Something simple for dinner with guests will work a treat. I love how you think of me when you are thinking of a Greek salad! lol!

You’ve got a few days off which is great. You’ll be able to relax and do some fun things while catching up with friends.

Blood tests to see how everything is going with the kidney and everything-- do it every 3 months

Oh dear @Shaz51 I trust Mr shaz is looking after you... rest, fluids, I'd say keep warm but in FNQ you're more likely to need the aircon atm.

A couple of people I know just had covid for a fortnight. It must still be around. There's a 3 way test for flu covid & RSV but it's not cheap.
