hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

My legs were soo uncomfortable last night , did not sleep well

Dietician is doing a plan which I will see tomorrow

I'm glad to hear about getting fitter. I feel I need that encouragement too @Dimity . Do you feel better these days? That is, since your hospital admission?

That's nice @Dimity . I don't know many choir places around me. I remember being in a choir at school in the past. I loved it. So amazing to be part of a choir.

I'm going to take the kids to watch Annie mid year this year. I booked the tickets last year.

I hope this dietician is more helpful than the one you had a while back @Shaz51 , I seem to remember they didn't help much. I'm sorry your legs hurt - with me it's sciatica from my back.

Annie sounds wonderful @tyme . It's years since I've been to a musical. My choral concert was held in a church. I'd like to sing but don't have a good singing voice.

@tyme I'm OK thanks but not as well as I'd hoped post-op. I might need to follow it up. Mentally I'm ok-ish, back to the maintenance dose of meds and trying to stave off backsliding into anxiety and depression by seeing a mental health social worker..
