hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
my Liver and diabetes levels are up
I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
Kidney disease affects every part of your body
scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Hi there @AuntGlow the beach at low tide was really cool! I Haven’t done that in a very long time. Thanks for taking me back to that memory 🦀 I posted a couple of shots on highlights- one or two but I’ll post one below because they were pretty! (Very good bait for 🎣 the blue crabs but I wouldn’t catch them these days 😊)

I can’t wait to get out auntglow I am really looking forward to it! I swag it, (rolled up bed thing ☺️) I like very simple and comfy though hehe.

@Shaz51 How are you doing? It’s been so jarring lately, it has really lost its feel. I have a feeling new people have started and it’s been run a different way. Not in a good way. Lost its culture, lost its way. I was worried about this, funny when I thought it was just me but now I see it play out. If you are feeling any of these things in anyway I know how you’re feeling.

@Dimity, how are you tracking, I am completely feeling jarred by the big 180o feel here and the changes. It’s crackers, not sure it’s digestible0. But maybe it’s just me
