@Dimity I'm sorry to hear that you weren't feeling connected in your support group, I know that you have been working really hard to put yourself out there, so know that this effort isn't for nothing (because you're learning what works for you and what doesn't). Exploring the knitting/bipolar support group sounds like a great next step.

Those feelings are allowed to be there. I genuinely believe with every social chance you take, you are closer to finding your people. 🥰

Evening @Shaz51 I tried a different coffee the other day from Maccas it was an iced golden caramel latte and I had to ask what the difference was with a normal iced caramel latte I sometimes get from there 🤣. Turns out it’s a different caramel syrup or something. Tasted alright though so that’s the main thing hehe. What coffee have you been having?

Hi there @AuntGlow nice to see you around 😊, how’s your day? Not too many adventures recently and interesting as you ask I have lost my memory of where we have been. I do remember going to the beach on low tide the other week and seeing different types of crabs which was cool. I want to go camping soon I just feel it in my body, I need it. Went to the beach tonight which was lovely. I know I’m off and just need to work out how to switch back on. But this isn’t new it happens at times. I’m alright.

I really love what you mentioned to @Dimity re every social chance you take you are closer to finding your people. I really connect with that. Thanks for that piece of gold ☺️
