Hahaha @Former-Member ..... rolled out of bed this morning and off to an appointment in pyjamas-as-clothes ...... meh, they were clean enough and I was up late with assignments. It works .....

@Former-Member, I'm a fashionista's nightmare. I've got a few changes of favourite clothes that I wear out everywhere until they're worn out, and then they're my at home/in the garden clothes. 😄 I think they look fine on me, but everyone sees me in the same things over and over and over.

Wish I could put up a photo of myself- Hubby took some a few years ago of me putting together a stick trellis in the garden wearing a longish brown velvet skirt and a matching velvet top. Quite the elegant country lady! 😉

(Maybe not quite this elegant though.)

WHY we are feeling stressed is often not as obvious as it seems but when we do an analysis, we can then work on finding solutions becomes a lot easier.
