No. 5 & No. 8 (saying no) - I've got a long way to go with, lots of work to do on.

@Adge I was a number 9 without any effort - most of my clothes were what I term 'gardening clothes'. Finding a clothing style that suited me, having decent clothes and making an effort with lippy is I know a superficial thing but was one of the first self care things I did. Hair is being cut regularly too 😀.
