I have lived with loneliness for 19 years with a few friends but i did and concentrated on maintaining close ties with my family using my mobile and emails I find great comfort and love

I have bipolar too although I've not lived even half as many years as you, I bet you have so many great stories and experiences to share. I look forward to hearing them.
