I know how hard breaks were for me, so that's why I know how important connection is during times when the world may be 'celebrating'

@tyme @Gibbs @MissGremlin @Bow when my anxiety peaks, I get the tingle fuzzies, not in the nice way, all over my skin.

The only way of stopping it is to go outside, shovel 🪏 dirt, rake leaves 🍂 collect horse manure.

Go for a horse stroll around the paddock. Leaning back on chaff sake.
Have a rest on dam bank.

Gus (Pegasus) Quarter Horse, comes up, pulls the sack out from under me 🤣

He can smell the chaff even though the sack is empty.

He throws the sack in the air a few times, until he is convinced that the sack is not hiding food 😂

I laughed so hard.

What were we talking about?

@Glisten sounds like some good ways to get rid of the anxiety. Gus takes his job seriously in helping distract you 😂

@Glisten according to the book i am red the fuzzier are a result if the thought not physical. She recommends.

@MissGremlin the first time I met Gus, I was standing with my arms on the top railing of the arena.

Gus came up and started kissing, my arm 😆

I didn’t know what he was doing or why he was doing it 😆

I learned that he was grooming me, because he wanted me to groom him.

Mutual Grooming it’s called.

He goes to sleep when you brush him.

@Glisten awww Gus is just too sweet. Horses really are amazing animals ❤️
