I did not think you were saying you had a problem with the forums at all. Just that any reaching out was hard. I think many people, including myself, have/do feel like that.

It's so important that you can do whatever you want. @Till23 has written that recovery is not linear ---

and it's fine how ever you feel because we want to read it, read about you, when your ready....
