@tyme thanks. I guess a part of me is trying to work up that courage to call 000 cos I hate being a bother and I hate making phone calls. Yes I'm aware of how to do it without having to call aswell but anxiety gets the better of me with that aswell 😂.

@Former-Member , what happens if you call them, then hang up? They will then call you back. I find this has helped me in the past. It sounds weird, but i tend to be better at accepting calls than making them.

@tyme I'd just freak and not answer the call.
