@MJG017 if I woke up and seen that I had been asleep for 8hrs, I would think I teleported to another dimension haha

The sad thing about me waking up every couple of hours, is everytime I fall asleep, I dream crazy dreams, and usually it's the crazy dreams that wake me up. Even if I nap in the day, I dream.

I went to havva coffee ☕ with someone who lives where I am. In my eyes she was not being a mother of adult children appropriately. So I have not seen her for several months.

My experience of having a bad mother was that her numerous friends shut their eyes.

But yesterday I saw her so we had a coffee and I told her that in my eyes, what I saw was not good.

Oh the excuses 😔

I'm sorry to hear you are going through a rough time, mental illness is just so draining and you feel as if it is never ending. I too hope the phase passes quickly and that you start to feel better soon.
