hope you are well. Thank you for your kind words. I think you are right, I need to acknowledge the things that aren’t working and not just try to act like things are all fine. I don’t really know what can help get me through things. I have been going ok for a while, but I am starting to drop off a little bit. It is always great to have you to talk to. I hope Ruby and the kids are being good for you.

We are going through an internal change process at the moment @Rockdog . So for now, things will be the same until the end of the year. Then I don't know what we have in stall for us 🙂

It is always nice to have your support. Let’s just say life is normal then. lol. I really am all over the place. Life is wearing me out, but yes so much better than a year ago. It is actually nice to be a part of life again, even with the rollercoasters. Hope you and Ruby and the kids are going well. Thank you for being there for me.

You're amazing @Rockdog . So proud of you. I always think what it would be like if I meet you in real life.

I think about that when I talk to all the members here. For a long time, I have these impressions about members, and then one day they surprise me when I find out something else! e.g. I think I'm talking to a male, then all along, they are female and vice versa. If someone wanted to do research on how impressions impact practice, I'd be super interested!

Just keep going mate. Life is full of rollercoasters. I remember as a kid, I went on a rollercoaster. I hated every second of it! Yet after it, I was proud that I even gave it a try because if I stepped away, I would've never experienced it and never have learnt that I don't want to do it again!

Life is all about learning. Learning about self, others, and our place in this world.
