thank you. I have moments of being happy and then stressed. Uncertainty is hard. Sometimes I see a good future and then it all crashes. I am not sure what to say to her. She is the one who isn’t sure about me.

just saw your recent post, and i hear you about 'uncertainty being hard'. sounds like you're sure about this person but they're not sure about you... would saying something like this to her help: 'is there anything i can do to make you feel sure?' or 'can we chat about what you need to feel sure?'

just some ideas, no pressure to use them ofc!! how's your Monday going? do you have a lot on for this week?

Hey @Rockdog , how is it going. I know sometimes people might not be sure of you or you migh tnot be sure of them, but I think it's important that this is communicated early. Consider if you waited much longer? The longer it goes on for, the harder it is.

Be yourself mate. When you are content within yourself, then that's when things work - that's what I feel.

I know so many who get connected with someone as a way to 'satisfy'... I don't know if these relationships end up working.

Look after yourself. Take care of yourself. Be proud of yourself.

Just because they haven't yet, it doesn't mean they work.

You are a walking, talking miracle. You are here because you deserve to be. You owe it to yourself to live life the way you want it to be.

Thank you @tyme. I hope you are going well, and that Ruby is being a good girl. You are right and I do feel that I am here for a reason. The hard thing is that I really don’t feel worthy. I somehow need to work on being haply within myself but I don’t know how. I still seek validation from others. I’m not sure how to fix that

I hear that @Rockdog . You always look down on yourself, and when looking down, you can easily miss the goal.

Practice some genuine positive self talk. Tell yourself what you appreciate about yourself just like you would tell another YOU. e.g. I love that I am so caring. I love that I always think about others.

Self talk can go a long way, and I don't really have a fear that you'll go overboard and think you rule the world!

I believe in you mate. You've just got to believe in yourself. 🙂
