well today was a feather day lol. I’m not really doing enough to progress. I’m not changing my thread heading, but sometimes it just feels so sad and I lose my belief. It feels like yesterday, yet so long ago. I do need some reassurance because now I sometimes think I made it up. I don’t really know what I need to do. How have you been? You got through Christmas ok? How is Ruby?

If I am honest I have been drinking too much to try and make the pain go away. I am not in the love yourself space I need to be in. I don’t know what to do so I get a bit frustrated. I just can’t see things working at the moment. Do you think she still even cares?

Do you care enough to get yourself to a point of being ready for what the future holds?

I'd encourage you not to let discouragement get in the way. I'm not sure the drinking helps. Remember you mentioned how much you were affected by alcohol after being sober for so long? What do you think?

I don't like the weather here. But I guess I'm doing my yearly duty as a child.

Christmas was okay. I've had some big weeks, but I'm confident things will iron out.

yes you are being a good daughter, and at least you get to go away for a while. Is it really hot up there?

Is Rachel still thinking about going up there for the conference?

I don't know what Rachel is doing. She's always here there and everywhere doing the work. It's pretty amazing - don't know where she gets the energy 🙂

I have some work to do to get back on track. Sorry I didn’t see your message before but yes drinking affects me badly and I need to be ready for good things to happen. Do you really think things will still happen? Time is flying by and I am getting pretty sad. I was messaging an old friend who went on a rant about how it was all fake. It seems most of my old so called friends are toxic. Anyway this year I am going to be better. I hope you are well, and Ruby is being an awesome girl. I hope you are getting lots of cuddles. Hopefully we can chat on here soon.
