I am currently relaxing and watching YouTube on my iPhone after a long and cold day. It is cold here in Sydney and I do not like the cold weather. I prefer the warm weather. As when I get cold it takes me forever to warm up from the cold. I also have epilepsy when I either forget to take my epilepsy medication and or if I overheat I could have a seizure. It isn’t good when I have a seizure. The last time I had a seizure was a couple for years ago when my brother forgot to give me my epilepsy medication. I was at the Powerhouse Museum with my carer and I immediately had a seizure luckily there was a security guard there at the time. They didn’t call triple zero at the time. I got taken to the first aid room. My mum picked me and my carer up which is good. I haven’t had a seizure for a while now which is good. I always have my epilepsy medication which is good.

What did you have for dinner?
We had rissoles and vegetables and mashed potatoes
I had epilepsy seizures caused by a black spot in my brain so sending you lots of understanding hugs
