@L-B , would you like to kick off by giving a bit of an intro here about yourself for those who haven't read your previous posts?

Hi @tyme @Oaktree , Hoping you are both well.

Best wishes for your exam @Oaktree . I think it's probably scheduled soon.

Hope you are travelling OK @tyme with the person you know being very ill.

I am managing a little better at times. This is a relief.

Hey @L-B ,

He's having chemo at the moment. First one was okay.. but it gets successively harder on the body.

How's your friend who is unwell?

Has your week been okay?

Thinking of you too @Oaktree . Hope your assignments and exams are okay.

Sorry I haven’t been on Sane last few days. Studying hard! Exam is on Thursday. I got 85% in my last test which surprised me. Hopefully I do ok in the exam. Feeling a bit stressed about it but I should do ok. Thanks for asking how I was going.

I hope you are both okay. I have a friend finding out if he needs chemo on Tuesday. I hope not.

Wow. 85% is so good. So incredible that you are able to focus on study lol... I guess my mind is everywhere. Was this the hard maths unit?

Are you enjoying the course?

Please look after yourself @Oaktree

I hope your friend doesn't need chemo

Hi @tyme @Oaktree , my friend is on third round of chemotherapy and finding it hard. Other friend was discharged from hospital but given a reduced life expectancy. Very sad about that.

Very pleased about your fabulous result @Oaktree . Best wishes for the exam on Thursday!

@L-B @tyme

My friend definitely has cancer in his liver. He needs a biopsy.

My exam went ok. I am confident that I passed. Probably somewhere above 60%. Don’t know how long it will take them to mark the papers.

We can only be with our loved ones as much as we can, and ensure we monitor our own mental health and wellbeing. It's hard to see loved ones go downhill.

Thinking of you both. @L-B @Oaktree

What topic was this one @Oaktree ?

Thanks for your thoughts @tyme . Thinking of you too and @Oaktree .

In monitoring my own mental health sometimes I'm aware of subtle differences that make me highly anxious in situations and exercising control over the situation where I can and being aware of my breath and muscular tension can reduce it. Sounds a bit waffly but makes sense to me!
