I guess you can only do the best you can @L-B . In between, can you set yourself some self-care time? Like, schedule it in?
Also with social events, I always like to know the END time. Does this work for you?

Hey @tyme , I did some self care today.
With social situations it helps to know the start and end times, who is going to be there, the environment layout etc but often these are things I may not know in advance and even so I still experience freezing. It's scary.

I wanted to pop in to let you both know that I'm going away next week and won't be back until the 3rd weekof Jan 2026. So if I don't respond for a while, that's why.
I hope to be able to read along while I'm away, but I don't think I can log in when overseas.

I will really miss you and I hope you have the best time. I have a feeling that you are attending another mental health conference?
I uploaded my signed logbook yesterday and it has been officially graded. All my subjects and course online says passed. Just have to wait for Tafe to send me an official completion certificate. On Tuesday we have a morning tea and will receive a certificate of participation. so happy and proud of myself right now!
