Hi guys,

So I have this idea for a cook along. So once a fortnight or so I will look up an easy recipe on YouTube. Then whoever fancies having a go cooks it and posts pictures of what your creations ended up looking like. The idea is to have fun and not expect perfection.

Here is the first recipe. Your mission if you choose to accept it is to post pictures by Sunday 24th March 2024. That way it will encompass everyone’s paydays. It looks pretty simple and you probably already have some ingredients in your pantry. Good luck and tag others in. Thanks guys…

Re: Cook Along

Impressive Muffins @Former-Member Very nice.

Thanks to some Food Hampers with fresh vegetables - I've been cooking up plenty of fresh veggies, over the past few days.

Instead of my usual mish-mash of frozen meals, which always have veggies, yet not fresh.

So my cooking has diversified a little bit, & it's probaby healthier...

Re: Cook Along

Thank you kindly @Adge 🤗🌺

I wish I could teleport a half dozen to you, and you could pop them in the freezer for later on’s ☺️

That sounds so great you’ve had access to hampers with fresh veg - you’re so right: it’s so helpful for nutrition 🙂

I hope that you’ll continue to have access to those Adge 💜🙂🌺

I hope the mindfulness group is also still a nice positive in life for you, too 🤗🌺

Re: Cook Along

@Jynx Ahaha! Oh, maybe I shouldn’t mention this, but your post here with Deez Nuts reminded me instantly of SouthPark’s Chef’s Chocolate Salty Balls 🤭😁

that song was performed to perfection by the late great Isaac Hayes 🙂🌺💜

though I better not include the link… 😉
