prob best to go to doctors. Theyll prob say temp only, but it can help to reset things re slee ep @Former-Member

The only sleep meds that didn't cause me to feel crapp were from the doctor @Former-Member
But I had to ask for one's that didn't cause drowsiness the next day.

Just to catch up on sleep. Life is no fun at all when not sleeping properly.
I took one while travelling in car yesterday, to make the trip bearable.
Didn't need any last night. Feel reasonably ok considering trip etc....... .... Need to get all meds out of system, that I've been taking recently. Can't stay on them any longer.
Remember to ask for sleep med that doesn't cause drowsiness next day.
First load of washing up, next one on, heaps more to go, lol. Good drying weather. I washed while away. What the heck!

I better try and find puddy tat 😺 way too hot out there. She's so happy we're home. Poor little thing. She's lost weight. 😢😯 She struggles with anxiety (true story)

..hmm ..nothing that should preclude work atm @Former-Member re current state of health lol
yes had work medical no notice as per, they wanted me to go day after procedure, I asked to get it put off for a day. they did. It's old work who dont really want to give me much in way of work, but they seemed keen on making me do this medical so who knows ..anyway will get onto them next week, after giving them time to get results, thinking looking like applying elsewhere looking more likely.. but out of some prob misguided sense of 'loyalty' will give them a chance and if get nothing, well they shouldnt complain if not avail. dunno how I make such a big deal of it in my head..sorry for rambling

Ahh they do that @Former-Member..poor lil thing. My eldest and I had a cat when it was just us as a duo. We were away and he hid. Thought I'd lost him. Poor thing was petrified. He was do beautiful, a white cat!
