Re: Anyone feel like chatting? Coffee/Tea ☕💕

People. Life. Lives never lived. @Faith-and-Hope. My mother was an extremely attractive , smart, yet poor upbringing woman. Poor as in money. She went for church. And married cos she thought was going to get left on shelf. If born 15 years later she may have ended up a professor or model or anything. But she became best mum instead. Not all bad. She didn't deserve to be treated like she was tho

Add a light sprinkle of Greek seasoning, and a more liberal amount of lemon pepper. I haven't used it on roasts, only chops and steak. It tastes awesome.
The Greek seasoning has some nutmeg in it. That's why you should only add the light sprinkle. Otherwise the nutmeg will overpower the other flavours 🙂

If you're a fan of curry chicken try using the traditional keens curry powder, and continental condensed chicken soupI think the one I get has a little ham in it. I also cheat and get a bbq chook lol
Put just a little bit of oil into the frying pan/wok, then add some curry powder.Add the vege's and mix it around so the curry is mixed well.
Then add the chicken (if it's bbq, if it's raw chicken cook that before you do the vege's)
Mix the chicken around and then add the condensed soup. You will need some milk here. Add milk a little at a time while stirring the curry. The milk will thin out the soup. Add milk til you're happy with the consistency of the soup. This will give you a nice creamy sauce for your curry.
The milk will take some of the spice out of the curry, you can add water instead, but that will make the curry spicier.
Add a bit more curry if needed

Thanks @LonelyExistence .... those recipes sound really nice, and something my mum would do .... she loved "cheat" cooking ... it's inventive.

@Former-Member will probably like them too when she's back on board ....
