@TAB .... seen it before, but believe me I found my voice fairly early when the game rules changed and I was blindsided by formerly-hidden family dynamics .... but I choose my battles ....

WH's e.d. is affecting his ability to reason at times, and you can find yourself arguing with the e.d. and all it's self-protection dynamic rather than with the man himself who is captive to it .... for now ....

I set boundaries, but some things I have to ride thru until someone with training gets in there and helps him out of his e.d. mindset. Often when I bite my tongue he will strop off, then return later having considered his behaviour and reactions, not with an apology but at least with apologetic behaviour and some insight .... that's what indicates to me that we might be headed into the next stage of this thing .... thank God .... ❣.
