Just did an hours walk here. Needed it. Legs saying thanks. Yeah been sick as a dog last couple days, seems to have gone.😀 Now just occupying mind stressing out, hence walk. That helps. What no bacon @Former-Member 😸Lol good to see you😀

Yeah I need to make drs list too @Former-Member will wait until after hosp next week re colonoscopy yeah yay maybe a one off thinking hope they find and remove something that weighs at least 10kgs lolo😀

Oh dear sorry to hear you have been unwell @TAB. Colonoscopy isn't anyone's idea of fun. But hopefully they find & fix what's going on.

yeah, see what happens re procedure lol @Former-Member understand re busy, shops, yeah, with drs and lists dont have one I really know or trust for that matter, but I try to stick to 1-2 things per visit lol re complaints ha

Lol..it is funny re. Complaints! I always feel guilty! I'm of the thinking I only go when necessary, but this time I guess I'm looking after me!
My tummy has been a bit queasy this morning. Whoever's bright idea it was to have shots at pub last night should be shot! @TAB.
Sometimes I'm good in company but of late I don't deal some kinds well. Am over sensitive I think. Doh!

..not everyone gets on with everyone, and no reason to put it back on yourself @Former-Member ..
yeah, shooters a week ago was the start of my slippery health slope.. then brother wanted to catch up, and had to be the next day, etc then driving home, so nye, few, not a lot of drinks but no rest for body, prob lead to feeling so crap day before yest then getting actually ill der..

That's true, Yeh thanks @TAB. I think I have trouble putting things in perspective of late a fair bit.

The never agsins, but it happens again.
Hmm I'll be a bit more assertive thanks for that. I get lost in its everyone else's town and forget self.
I'm just as much a part as all the other cronies they regularly drown themselves.
I choose not the regular drowning that's all, and probably think a fair bit differently to them anyway.

do what works for you @Former-Member and that may take some working out, sounds ..how bout for starters don't do anything youre not ok with, well within reason. Boundaries/limits, etc ..they have to accept you too and that might not necessarily mean seeing 'them' on 'their turf' etc bit of respect the other way round maybe ..sure you'll work it out
